Flowers come in all sizes and colors, but did you know that all flowers are made up of different parts?

Remember the parts of a flower using the sentence:

See (sepal) your pet (petal) standing (stamen) with a pistachio (pistil).

All flowers are plants, but not all plants are flowers. The three parts that all plants have are:

Stem. This structure helps the plant to grow and spread its leaves, and moves water and nutrients from the roots to the leaves.
